Ahh, metal. The sweet sounds of destruction. Metal tends to get a bad reputation. No, just because someone listens to metal, it doesn't mean they are evil, or mean, or angry, or worship Satan. You like horror movies right? That doesn't mean that you want to put on a hockey mask and take up machete baseball with people's heads, its a thrill because it puts you in a place you normally wouldn't be. It's that rush from feeling pounds and pounds of distortion just absolutely destroying whatever remains of a guitars original tone. It's that heart-pounding feeling of 140 beats or so making your brain vibrate every minute. Sometimes, it's a nice feeling to feel a little bit evil. Metal brings out the primal, beardly caveman/ cave woman in all of us. And people call metal by a million different names these days. All that's important is that old people don't like it. Enjoy!
